Learn and understand the proper operation of the High Velocity Oxygen Fueled spray booth and robot arm. Be responsible for that machine, report any problems to Management. Use and be able to read micrometers, c-micrometers, and bore gauges. Spray parts to the specifications called for on "Travelers." Be familiar with the company computer system, knowing how to "clock" parts to locations and document the required paperwork.

 

  1. Be familiar with the operating procedures for the High Velocity Oxygen Fueled spray booth and robot arm
  2. Learn the proper operation of vacuuming system
  3. Understand and take the safety precautions needed to work with the HVOF booth and robot arm
  4. Understand the materials that are used for HVOF spraying
  5. Use and be able to read micrometers, c-micrometers, and bore gauges, etc.
  6. Spray parts to the specifications called for on "Travelers".
  7. Report problems to Team leader or Production Manager
  8. Have knowledge and understanding of the ISO Quality Policy.
  9. Have knowledge and understanding of the Control of Non-conforming product.
  10. Have knowledge and understanding of the ISO Procedures that apply to your specific                           machine(s).
  11. Wear personal protective equipment
  12. Have knowledge and understanding of Appendix A. Safety Procedures.
  13. Wear properly shaded eye protection
  14. Comply with company rules and the dress code.
